Booking policies
Payment and confirmation
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed
once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is issued by Stylux Campervans.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be pre-authorized on the payment card used for booking
up to seven days before pick-up. The deposit is released after return once the campervan
is inspected for damage, fuel level, and cleanliness.
Renter responsibility
The renter is responsible for the campervan and its contents for the full duration
of the rental. This includes interior damage, exterior damage, tires, windshield,
lost equipment, and excessive cleaning.
Condition report
At pick-up, review the condition report and inspect the campervan carefully.
Any existing damage not noted must be reported before departure. We recommend
taking photos or video at both pick-up and drop-off for your records.
Good to know:
Bring the same payment card used for booking along with a valid drivers license to pick-up.
Cancellations and rebooking
We get it, plans change. Stylux Campervans offers two cancellation and rebooking options. Refunds or reschedule fees depend on how close you are to your pick-up date and time.
Standard cancellation and rebooking
- 60+ days before pick-up: 100% refund OR $0 reschedule fee
- 59 to 30 days before pick-up: 75% refund + 25% voucher OR 10% reschedule fee
- 30 to 8 days before pick-up: 50% refund + 50% voucher OR 20% reschedule fee
- Cancel ≤7 days before departure → No refund
Relaxed cancellation and rebooking (optional add-on)
Add cancellation protection during booking for an additional fee.
- 7+ days before pick-up: 100% refund (including the add-on fee) OR $0 reschedule fee
- Cancel ≤7 days before departure → No refund
Notes:
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date issued. If you rebook for more nights or a different season, the price difference may apply.
Pick up and orientation
Arrive on time
Pick up is scheduled in advance. Please arrive on time so we can complete a full walkthrough.
Late arrival may reduce orientation time.
Walkthrough
We will show you the key systems and features before you leave. This includes driving basics,
power, water, cooking setup, and safety items.
Condition check
Before departure, inspect the campervan and confirm the condition report. Report any existing
damage before you drive away.
Tip: Take photos or a short video walkaround at pick up for your records.
Insurance and protection
Required coverage
All renters must have valid insurance coverage for the duration of the rental.
Coverage can be provided through your own insurance, third party rental insurance,
or a protection option offered by Stylux Campervans.
Deductibles and deposits
Insurance deductibles and security deposit amounts vary depending on the level
of coverage selected. Renters are responsible for any applicable deductible.
Coverage limits
Insurance coverage applies only when the campervan is used according to the
rental agreement. Off road driving, misuse, or unauthorized drivers may void coverage.

Roadside assistance and breakdowns
Roadside assistance
Roadside assistance details are provided at pick up. Assistance may include lock outs,
flat tires, jump starts, and towing when required.
Mechanical issues
If a mechanical issue occurs, stop driving when safe and contact roadside assistance
or Stylux Campervans support for instructions.
Accidents or emergencies
In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Once safe, notify Stylux Campervans as soon as possible.

Pets and smoking
Smoking policy
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the campervan at any time.
Smoke odors are difficult to remove and may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Pet policy
Only small dogs are permitted in select campervans with prior approval.
Additional cleaning requirements or fees may apply.
Keeping the van comfortable for everyone
Please help keep the campervan clean and comfortable for the next guest.
Follow the rules in your rental agreement and contact us with any questions before pick up.
Tip:
If traveling with a small dog, bring a blanket or towel to protect seats and wipe paws before entry.
