STYLUX CAMPERVANS LTD. — RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Stylux Campervans Ltd. (the “Company” or “Stylux”) and the individual(s) identified as the renter (the “Renter”). By signing this Agreement, taking possession of, operating, or occupying the Vehicle, the Renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

“Vehicle” means the campervan rented from Stylux, including all contents supplied.

“Rental Term” means the period from scheduled pick-up date/time to scheduled return date/time unless extended in writing.

“Protection Package” means the mandatory vehicle protection option selected prior to the Rental Term.

“Security Deposit” means the refundable amount of $1,500 CAD authorized prior to pick-up.

“Loss of Use” means loss of rental income while the Vehicle is unavailable due to damage, cleaning, inspection, repair, or processing arising from the Renter’s use.

2. Rental Term and Vehicle Condition

Stylux rents the Vehicle to the Renter for the Rental Term subject to this Agreement.

The Vehicle is provided in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at commencement.

The Renter must inspect the Vehicle at pick-up and immediately report any pre-existing damage. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the Vehicle in good condition.

3. Booking, Payment, and Fees

Full payment of rental charges, fees, and applicable taxes is required prior to commencement of the Rental Term.

The Renter is responsible for all charges incurred under this Agreement including rental charges, protection fees, excess mileage, cleaning, pet fees, smoking remediation, damage, Loss of Use, tolls/tickets/fines, and administrative fees.

4. Security Deposit & Credit Card Authorization

A $1,500 CAD Security Deposit will be authorized on the Renter’s credit card prior to pick-up.

The Renter authorizes Stylux to charge the payment card on file during or after the Rental Term for any amounts owing under this Agreement without further notice.

If the Security Deposit is insufficient, the Renter agrees to immediately pay all outstanding amounts upon demand.

5. Mandatory Protection Packages

Selection of a Protection Package is mandatory for all rentals. Rentals without coverage are not permitted.

Roof/overhead damage and prohibited use are not covered under any package.

6. Driver Eligibility

All drivers must be 25+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be approved by Stylux.

Only approved drivers may operate the Vehicle.

7. Passengers & Safety

All passengers must wear seat belts. The Vehicle may not transport more passengers than available seat belts. The Renter is responsible for child seats where required. Stylux is not responsible for personal property.

8. Assumption of Risk

The Renter assumes all risks associated with operation and occupancy of the Vehicle and releases Stylux from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law (except where prohibited by law).

9. Prohibited Use

• Off-road or unmaintained roads / forest service roads
• Festivals or events
• Towing
• Commercial use
• Illegal activity
• Travel outside Canada or the United States

Prohibited use is a material breach and may result in repossession, forfeiture of the Security Deposit, and full liability.

10. Damage, Loss, Theft & Vandalism

The Renter is responsible for all damage or loss regardless of fault, including repairs, deductibles, towing, administrative costs, diminished value, and Loss of Use. Theft/vandalism must be reported to police with a report provided to Stylux.

11. Roof & Overhead Damage

Roof/overhead damage is never covered under any Protection Package. The Renter is solely responsible for vehicle height awareness. All roof damage is the full financial responsibility of the Renter.

12. Loss of Use & Diminished Value

The Renter is responsible for Loss of Use while the Vehicle is unavailable due to damage or cleaning. Loss of Use is calculated as the daily rental rate multiplied by days unavailable. The Renter is responsible for diminished value following damage.

13. Accidents & Reporting

All accidents, theft, or damage must be reported immediately. Police reports are mandatory for accidents involving third parties, theft, or vandalism. Failure to report may void coverage.

14. Breakdowns & Repairs

Repairs over $200 require prior authorization. Stylux is not responsible for accommodation or incidental expenses.

15. Vehicle Return & Inspection

The Vehicle must be returned on time, clean, fueled, and in similar condition. Stylux may assess charges after inspection.

16. Mileage

Included mileage is 200 km/day.

Excess mileage is charged at $0.50/km.

17. Pets & Smoking

Only small dogs are permitted with approval.

A $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee applies.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited.

18. Tickets, Tolls & Fees

The Renter is responsible for all tickets, tolls, fines, and administrative fees.

19. Repossession

Stylux may repossess the Vehicle if it is at risk or this Agreement is breached. All costs are borne by the Renter.

20. Limitation of Liability

Stylux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to rental fees paid.

21. Warranties Disclaimer

The Vehicle is provided “as is” without warranties beyond statutory requirements.

22. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stylux from all claims, losses, and legal costs arising from use of the Vehicle.

23. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta with exclusive jurisdiction in Calgary, Alberta.

24. Entire Agreement & Severability

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

25. Survival

Payment, liability, indemnity, and jurisdiction clauses survive termination.
